Full fees will be charged for students travelling one way.
Parents/Servants/Domestic helpers are not allowed to travel by the School Bus.
Students withdrawing from the use of the bus during the year will be charged for the whole year. (Bus fees to be paid for all 12 months)Current date and Post date cheque to be given in Advance.
Bus Identity card (Bus Pass) for Bus facility will be issued only to those students who have paid the fees for the bus facility.
No student will be allowed to travel without a Bus Pass.
In case the child is detained after the school hours, the bus will not wait for him/her.
In case of breakdown of the bus or any mishap, the full co-operation of parents will be highly appreciated.
A fine of Rs.200/- will be charged per month if the fees are not paid on the due date. In case of cheque returns, delay in payment or stop payments, a fine of Rs.600/- will be charged.
School bus will not be available/delayed due to unavoidable circumstances like strike, riots, bandh, heavy rains, floods, BMC work, etc.
We shall take reasonable precautions and ample safeguard measures for the safety of the students, yet the bus contractor is not responsible for any inconvenience, mishap, loss, accident.
Before filling the bus form parents are requested to be satisfied with the bus route and service i.e. timings, stops charges, rules, etc. Routes will be set by the lady attendant which will be final.
The routes of the buses can be slightly deviated due to BMC works/ heavy rains etc. during the year. Incase of any road work and the bus is unable to come to the location parents are requested to cooperative for the same.
Please note, if any child misbehaves or damages seats, lights, glasses or any other accessories of the bus, the cost of repairs will have to be borne by the parents. Seats in the bus will be allocated by the lady attendant.
We are not responsible for any property loss in the bus.
Fees once paid will not be refundable or adjustable. Fees for vacation months to be paid in full.
Fees are not to be paid to the Supervisor or the Lady Attendant of the bus.
Incase of any breakdown of the bus, delay due to unavoidable circumstances a service vehicle will be deputed within 15-20 minutes at the breakdown site. The co-operation from parents during such conditions is expected and will be highly appreciated.
Students will be suspended from availing of the bus service if found behaving inappropriately. Incase if the same issue persist more than two times, School decision will be final and fees for the same will not be refunded.
